Singapore heritage chicken rice

The ultimate comfort food for Singaporeans. Soy sauce roast chicken, rice cooked in bone broth, and aromatic spices.

Mama's burnt cabbage

Chef Ting's family favourite. Stir fry cabbage with a sweet soy sauce.

Crispy butter prawns with curry leaves

It's sweet, salty and crispy - yum!

Pandan tiramisu

Pandan flavour is unique to Southeast Asia with vanilla and coconut tones. Mixed with the richness of tiramisu.
