We’re looking for a chef or experienced cook to join us at The Old Post Office, Guiting Power.

We’re a small, friendly team serving a busy daytime brunch menu, and we’re looking for someone who’s calm under pressure, reliable, and takes pride in cooking great food.

What we offer:
• 30–47 hours per week
• £12.50–£15 per hour, depending on experience
• Daytime only – no evenings or split shifts
• Staff food and coffee on shift

You’ll be cooking fresh food, helping run a busy brunch service, keeping your section organised, and working closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly.

Brunch or café kitchen experience is a bonus, but if you’ve worked in a fast-paced kitchen and have the right attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Weekend and bank holiday availability is essential, and reliable transport is needed due to our rural village location.

Our family-owned village café needs a new manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead our small team, with the support of our café owner.
