Are you an actual Post Office?

Yes! Every Tuesday (10.00 - 15.30) and Thursday (12.00-15.30) our mobile postmistress takes residency at The Old Post Office cafe to provide services to the local community. Whether that's parcel returns, postal delivery or banking services, we've got you covered.

Are you dog friendly?

Of course! Dogs are welcome inside and outside of the cafe, we have a doggie menu and complimentary treats on hand for your well-behaved canine companions.

Do I order at my table or at the counter?

We're a small team so we offer counter service only. Once you've decided on what you're having, pop to the counter to order using your table number. We'll bring your order to your table as soon as it's ready. Easy!

Do you offer Gluten or Dairy free menu options?

Absolutely! Gluten free and Vegan options are displayed on our menus, and we'll do everything we can to cater to your dietary requirements. We have a daily GF cake option, but once it's gone - it's gone!

Can I reserve a table?

Reserved seating is available upstairs only. This helps us keep our limited ground-floor seating available for guests with reduced mobility.

We are unable to reserve outdoor tables, and walk-ins are always welcome throughout the café.

As a small café, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time, after which they may be released to other guests.
