Where I come from, instead of "how are you?" we ask "have you eaten?". Food is a love language.

 If you look into yourself, you see the past, present and future. When I cook, I see my grandmother, my mother and myself along with my life in Singapore, new Zealand and now England. I reflect my heritage, family and life experiences in my flavours. When I cook, it’s past, present and future me creating flavour on a plate. 

I want everyone who visits us at The Old Post Office in Guiting Power to feel looked after. That's why we cook with amazing ingredients. Sourcing local produce, foraging and growing ingredients.
